To schedule an observation, simply reach out to us by phone, email, or through our website. We’d love to welcome you and help you explore whether AGRC is the right fit for your family.

Is AGRC a members - only program?

Yes — Autumn’s Gift Respite Care currently operates on a membership-based model. This approach allows us to offer families consistent, personalized support and access to our full range of boutique programs.

By becoming a member, families are joining a community rooted in trust, inclusion, and meaningful connection.

How do I become a member of AGRC?

The first step to becoming a member of Autumn’s Gift Respite Care is to schedule a consultation with our Director. This one-on-one meeting gives us a chance to learn about your family, understand your loved one’s unique needs, and explore how our programs can provide the best support.

Is there a membership fee?

Yes, Autumn’s Gift Respite Care does have an annual membership fee. This fee helps support the quality, consistency, and personalized nature of the services we provide.

Your membership allows us to maintain small group sizes, offer professional and trustworthy staff, and create boutique-style experiences tailored to each individual. It also ensures that families receive priority access to programs, exclusive member benefits, and ongoing support.

We’re committed to making every dollar count toward creating a safe, joyful, and enriching respite experience for your loved one — and peace of mind for you.

Is financial support available, and do you accept state funding?

We understand that quality respite care can be a meaningful investment, and we never want cost to be a barrier for families in need.  Yes. Autumn’s Gift Respite Care is committed to making our programs accessible and affordable for families.

Aside from private pay or other accepted forms of direct payment, we accept several forms of state funding, including:

1. NOW/COMP Waivers

In addition, we partner with our nonprofit arm, Autumn’s Gift, to provide financial assistance for qualifying families. Support may be available through grants, donations, or community-based funding to help offset the cost of membership or programs.

If you’d like to explore these options, we encourage you to mention it during your consultation or contact us directly. We’re here to walk alongside you and make sure cost doesn’t stand in the way of exceptional care.
